For nearly 50 years, Mount Maunganui Playcentre has played a vital role in local families’ lives, delivering free play-based, child-led learning with parents at the heart of their child’s development. We strongly believe in the Playcentre kaupapa “Whānau tupu ngātahi - families growing together” and have supported thousands of local children from diverse backgrounds to learn through play since our centre opened in 1974.
